The program is all about nature and wildlife and moderately design to fit all ages. Your focus will be captured with in-wild encounter of wildlife. Your arrival at Kota Kinabalu Airport and departure from Sandakan Airport.

DAY 1 (NO MEAL)

KINABALU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT | LODGE

Meet and greet at the Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) and proceed to Rainforest Lodge for check in. Overnight at the Lodge.

DAY 2 (B / L / D)

KINABALU PARK | PORING HOT SPRING | KUNDASANG

After breakfast, 0730hrs proceed to depart for 2 hours drive to Kinabalu Park HQ known for its diverse range of flora and fauna and the cloud en-case Summit of the Majestic Mount Kinabalu. The local Kadazan Dusun call it Aki Nabalu or “Revered Place of the Death”. It is believed that the Spirit of the tribes’ dead ancestors’ dwell among the forbidding peaks. On the way to the park make a stop at the local market of Pekan Nabalu. Upon arrival, visit the Mountain Garden of Kinabalu Park, where you can focus different kind of wild orchids and begonias among others. Improve the pleasure of a first jungle walk. Highlight includes guided walk, nature trails, mountain garden talk, interpretative displays, ETC. Then, proceed to Poring Hot Spring. Upon arrival, venture up to the Canopy Walkway, 60 meters above ground via a nature trail. Take a dip in the open air sulphur bath (on first come basis) and proceed after to Kepungit Waterfall, whose icy pool is ideal for swimming. After lunch, check in at the Poring Hot Spring Lodge. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Cottage Hotel (Kundasang)

DAY 3 (B / L / D)

OVERLAND TO SUKAU 

Breakfast at hotel. 0730hrs proceed to Sukau, Sandakan. Arrival between 1200 to 1430 hrs, meet at Lapit Jetty and be transferred to Proboscis Lodge Bukit Melapi (also known as "Melapi Lodge"). Arrive, briefing and check-into rooms. Lunch. 1530-1600hrs, gear up for boat cruise along the Menanggul River for an unforgettable and exciting encounter with the 'elusive' Proboscis Monkeys (Nasalis Larvatus) high on top of trees along the riverbanks. Keep watch on other primate including the long and short tailed macaques seen occasionally. Return to the lodge at dusk for dinner. Overnight at Bukit Melapi Lodge (Sukau). Additional charges will apply for additional night cruise and morning cruise.

DAY 4 (B / L / -)

SUKAU | SEPILOK

Breakfast at the lodge. After breakfast, check out and proceed to Sepilok Jungle Lodge. Embark your transport, sit back and enjoy your ride to the world famous Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre situated in the Kabili-Sepilok Forest reserve. Upon arrival, a short brief by our guide. Then watch a video show documentary on rehabilitation of orphaned Orang Utan before taking a boardwalk through the lowland rainforest to view the feeding platform. Witness the feeding of Orang Utan at 1000hrs/1400hrs. Overnight at Sepilok Jungle Lodge.

DAY 5 (B)

SEPILOK | SANDAKAN AIRPORT

Breakfast, then transfer overland to Sandakan Airport for flight Home.
