DAY 1 (L)

KOTA KINABALU

Arrival | Kota Kinabalu City Tour

Upon arrival at Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA). Meet and Greet with our representatives. Proceed for Kota Kinabalu City & Shopping Tour. Kota Kinabalu is the Capital of Sabah. Sabah is well known as " Land below the Wind" because the location is south of the typhoon-prone region around Philippines. With a population of 3 million, it became the third most populous state in Malaysia after Selangor and Johor. The city tour include: visit the Menara Tun Mustapha (Tun Mustapha Tower), built in 1977 and formerly known as Sabah Foundation Building, the tallest building in Sabah with 30 storey and 122 meter high. Then, proceed to the City Mosque. It is called " Floating Mosque" due to its design with water surrounding its 3 sides which makes it looks like floating on the sea, then continue to visit Puh Toh Tze (Chinese Temple), one of the largest Temple in Kota Kinabalu. After that, visit Handicraft Market (formerly known as Filipino Market), a handicraft market where many people looks for merchandise such as Batik,t-shirt, key chain, post cards, stones, shells, pearl necklace and other souvenirs products. Other places we visit will be frozen seafood outlet which is famous for the locals and tourist and chocolate shop where you might be able to make your own design. Stop by for lunch at local restaurant before transfer to your selected hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Kota Kinabalu.

DAY 2 (B / L)

PADAS RIVER

Breakfast at Hotel. At 0530 hours, pick up from Hotel for Padas River white-water rafting day tour (Grade III-IV). Upon arrival at Beaufort Railway Station after almost 2 hours overland journey, you will on-board the train for departure at 0750 hours uphill. The thrilling yet scenic ride will take another 1.5 hours to reach Rayoh Station (ending point). You only have 10 minutes stopped here to get quick change. Wear only necessary gear and keep all your belonging here and get back to the train for another 30 minutes ride to Pangi Station (starting point). Upon arrival Pangi Station, light refreshment will be served. After gearing up and attended safety briefing. The rafting lifetime experience will get started. The journey will take about 1.5 - 2 hours depending on river condition, the journey will include 8 point o rapids: Head hunter, lambada, Cobra, Scooby Do, Washing Machine, Merry go round, Snake house and BBQ Rapids. Expected arrival at Rayoh around 1230 hours. After having our lunch, we will get back by train to Beaufort town for 2 - 2.5 hours ride. Upon arrival Beaufort town, transfer back to Kota Kinabalu City, expected arrival at the city around 1800 hours.

DAY 3 (B)

DEPARTURE

Hotel breakfast. Free at leisure until time for pick up to the Airport for departure home.
